Exciting updates to Trustpilot's integration with LoyaltyLion

Here’s what you need to know about the updates to Trustpilot and LoyaltyLion's integration.
Turn your customers into brand advocates
With the coming updates, businesses will be able to invite their 4- and 5-star reviewers to refer friends. When a customer leaves a high review, LoyaltyLion will automatically invite them to become a brand advocate by referring their friends and family. The business can use the LoyaltyLion platform to award both the referrer and the referee with points that can be redeemed for rewards such as free shipping or money off their next purchase.
With this update, you’ll turn your customers into brand advocates at the moment they’re most likely to refer your business.

Customers earn rewards for leaving reviews
Incentivize members to leave reviews of both your store and your products in return for LoyaltyLion points and other rewards. They’ll receive review invitations through Trustpilot, and when they click through and review, their rewards will be reflected in their LoyaltyLion dashboard.
When customers log into their loyalty program profiles, they automatically see the Trustpilot review form. This makes it easy for them to leave a review anytime they log in, and lets them immediately see rewards accumulating from reviews.
It's compliant with Trustpilot's open and transparent platform
Above all else, Trustpilot prizes trust and transparency. We strive to ensure that every Trustpilot profile accurately represents customers’ brand experiences. For this reason, businesses may only offer points or rewards for reviews, if the offer is given to all reviewers, regardless of the star rating or content of the review.
Any businesses who use this integration (or use any other method to incentivize reviews) are required to add this disclaimer to their profile pages.
