Representation matters

We'll strive to increase diversity across all job levels within Trustpilot to better reflect the societies we live in. In tandem we will work to ensure every Trustie has psychological safety to create a stronger feeling of belonging.

Striving for true equality

We will become more data driven in our approach to achieving true equality of opportunity. This means improving our data insights around pay, promotions, and recruitment to monitor any disparities, and remedying if they exist.

Always positively human

We will work to create a safe and open environment for all Trusties, where there's no significant differences in how one group of people experiences Trustpilot compared to another. Where everyone feels empowered to bring their awesome selves to work, everyday.

Spaces to learn from and celebrate each other

We celebrate diversity and difference whilst acknowledging that each experience is unique. Our Employee Resource Groups lead the way when it comes to helping us to understand the diverse perspectives of our Trusties. We run regular panel discussions, in-person events and socials to bring different communities together in shared learning experiences.

Build inclusive processes, policies and tools

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to the way we work best. We are on a journey to become more accessible, where Trusties from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can realize their full potential. Inspire our Trusties to be inclusive role models

We look to our leaders to set the bar as it’s the behaviors they demonstrate that are often replicated across teams. That’s why we’re investing in our global leadership capabilities, to enable our Trusties to be inclusive and compassionate people leaders. Inspiring their team members and their peers by role modeling psychological safety, care, recognition, and respect.

Track progress using data and insight

We monitor how our Trusties feel about working at Trustpilot through our regular employee engagement survey. We are also on a journey to gather additional people metrics across our workforce that will enable us to track diversity across our job levels and functions in regions data privacy laws allow. Our UK Gender Pay Gap Reports and Annual Reports cover the wider progress we are making across DE&I in more detail.
