As a Senior IT Support Specialist within our Copenhagen office, your main focus will be to support our Copenhagen Trustpilot employees with their internal technical needs. In doing so, you will be part of a global team handling IT Tickets for Trustpilot offices. You will have an integral part working mainly on-site, with flexible working, in the Copenhagen office supporting the day-to-day operations that ensure our hardware and software systems are running seamlessly. You enjoy offer assistance in fixing the issue at hand, no matter how small!

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level Internal IT Support using our ticketing system as well as in-person.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees including new IT support staff.
  • Be the first point of escalation for team members.
  • Be responsible for IT hardware inventory and procurement.
  • Working with local stakeholders to ensure IT support needs are met day-to-day.
  • Ensure desks have the necessary and functioning IT equipment.
  • Ensure stable performance of conference room systems and printers.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles both user-facing and internal.
  • Assist with office renovations.
  • Take initiatives to further improve the services we provide to Trustpilot employees

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience working in an on-site IT support role
  • A solid understanding of, and experience with, IT support in an international organisation
  • Ability to work on your own, collaborating with team members and manager remotely
  • Experience with Azure AD, Windows 10/11, macOS, laptop provisioning, headset/audio troubleshooting, Google Workspace, and Zoom. Cloud experience is a big plus
  • Experience with ITSM software. ITIL knowledge ITIL knowledge is advantageous
  • Great interpersonal skills – you know how to connect with people and have great communication skills

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English
