As our new Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitions and vision to create an independent currency of trust in priority growth markets in Europe.

As Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you’ll be part of a small team positioning Trustpilot’s brand offering across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Reporting into the Head of Marketing for DACH, you will shape and deliver a B2B prospect’s journey across key marketing channels (digital, events, webinars, co-marketing, content, nurture). You will also deliver initiatives promoting engagement, upsell and cross sell among the B2B free and paying customer audience. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams across segments to optimize campaigns that ensure high quality leads to sales and revenue from our customer audience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Brand awareness and growth by delivering the marketing plan in DACH
  • Campaigns that attract business customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams
  • Campaigns that retain our customers and develop their relationship with Trustpilot
  • A strong collaborative partnership with Commercial teams in the region, to optimize conversion of new business and develop our existing customer base. 
  • Own and deliver complex multi-channel demand generation campaigns - throughout the full campaign cycle - with a strong focus on brand positioning and ROI - including email, events, digital, and content.
  • Own and deliver initiatives to our paying customer audience to drive revenue and retention. 
  • Work closely with local sales and partner functions to create and execute on co-marketing activities.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Commercial teams in the region, partnering to create a smooth and efficient new business funnel and customer success environment

Who you are:

  • Considerable experience in a B2B marketing role - spanning demand generation and customer marketing. Experience from Finance or Tech is advantageous.
  • Skilled at thriving in environments that require peak performance, alongside a continuous journey towards betterment and education
  • Demonstrated capability in marketing plan development and best-in-class execution
  • Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to create and deliver decisions that will improve business performance
  • Proven experience in budget management, including the ability to allocate resources efficiently and track financial performance against set targets.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering marketing projects on time and within budget.
  • A desire to create a culture of collaboration within inclusive and diverse teams
  • A consistent hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital platforms. Knowledge of SFMC is essential. 
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills for cross- functional initiatives
  • Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise communication of complex issues
  • Native proficiency in German and advanced English skills are required, as you will be working in an English-first environment and collaborating closely with international stakeholders
