Account Development Representative (French Market)

As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will support our mission to build trust online and play an integral part in the growth engine of Trustpilot within the French markets. You will identify and reach out to new customers to show the value the Trustpilot platform offers and how they can use this to build trust, grow, and improve.
You’ll develop your skills in value-selling, creative outreach methods, and managing the early sales funnel. With the support of your manager, peers, and the Account Executive team around you - many of whom will have walked the shoes of an ADR before - you can hone your skills as a sales professional with a clear development path ahead.

What you’ll be doing
- Research prospects and identify key stakeholders to generate interest and develop rapport
- Proactively identifying clients that may benefit from using Trustpilot using a range of outreach methods including cold calling and emailing
- Honing a consultative selling style, built on trust, to pass engaged leads on to the Account Executives
- Building relationships with prospects across multiple sectors and identifying new opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Effectively keep on top of your sales pipeline and update all activity on Salesforce.com
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including leads generated and qualified appointments set
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role with individual targets
Who you are
- Fluent in French. Along with English working proficiency
- A go-getter, excited to develop and hone their sales skills and launch their career
- A proven history to show that you’re never content with just reaching targets, always trying to exceed what’s expected
- Enthusiasm for the world of SaaS, E-commerce, online reviews, and building trust online
- Offers a consultative selling style, built on trust, and puts the customer at the centre of what you do
- Current experience working in a B2B new business role is advantageous
