Are you a student looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, dynamic, and global company?

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious student to support our DACH Commercial Leadership Team in Hamburg for 20 hours per week. We offer flexibility in scheduling so you can easily balance this role with your studies.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting projects, research, and data analysis to help drive business decisions
  • Assisting the Commercial Leadership Team in preparing meetings (e.g., creating presentations, compiling reports, setting up agendas, taking minutes)
  • Acting as a key point of coordination between teams, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups on action items
  • Handling various administrative and operational tasks, including calendar management and travel planning for leadership
  • Taking ownership of office management responsibilities, such as ordering supplies and organizing team events
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives and contributing to a strong team culture

  • You work independently, take initiative, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can juggle multiple tasks at once
  • You’re a strong communicator in both German and English – written and spoken
  • You’re confident using Google and Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
