As Country Manager, Mid-Market Sales & Account Management for our Swedish Market, you lead a hybrid team of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining mid-market customers within your assigned market.
You are accountable for delivering new Annual Contract Value (ACV), Gross Renewal Rate (GRR), and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), while also serving as the commercial coordination point for your country - ensuring alignment across all segments (Enterprise and Small Business). You combine strategic leadership, local market insight, and operational discipline to drive predictable growth and cross-segment collaboration.
This role carries full revenue accountability for the mid-market segment in your market, while also serving as the Country Manager - coordinating Trustpilot’s commercial presence, talent view, and strategic planning across segments.
What you'll do:
- Lead the full commercial performance for the mid-market segment, accountable for both new business (ACV) and retention (GRR, NRR).
- Coach and manage AEs and AMs across the full customer lifecycle, building excellence in acquisition, renewal, and growth.
- Maintain clear visibility of the team’s new business and renewal pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring forecast accuracy and coverage.
- Promote structured account planning to uncover upsell opportunities, manage risks, and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Serve as the Country Manager, providing a holistic market view across all segments.
- Coordinate with Enterprise and Small Business segment leaders to align on market strategy, customer overlap, and brand representation.
- Contribute local market and competitor insights, talent visibility, and operational feedback to regional leadership.
- Work with Marketing to execute local campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success for deal acceleration and seamless onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to commercial processes, data hygiene, and pipeline governance.
- Review individual and team KPIs regularly, setting clear performance standards and providing coaching for improvement.
- Foster a positive, accountable culture that balances performance with learning and collaboration.
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in Swedish & English
- Expertise of the Swedish Market dynamics, preferably within SAAS business & Tech.
- Experience leading combined sales and account management teams in SaaS or recurring-revenue environments.
- Strong understanding of mid-market dynamics, customer lifecycle management, and local go-to-market execution.
- Proven record of delivering ACV, GRR, and NRR targets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across segments.
- Data-driven, structured, and commercially astute.
