Trustpilot’s Business Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Commercial Trainer to support and elevate the efficiency of our commercial and operations teams. This role requires expertise in Salesforce, Customer Engagement & Sales platforms to deliver effective training programs, provide ongoing support, and enhance user adoption of these tools. You will work closely with cross-functional and commercial teams to ensure the tools are utilised to their full potential, driving productivity and performance across our sales organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive training programs for Salesforce and commercial tools tailored to various roles and user groups within the organisation.  
  • Create engaging materials, including documentation, tutorials, videos, and webinars.  
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to reinforce best practices. 
  • Proactively identify user challenges and provide tailored solutions or additional training as needed. 
  • Champion adoption by sharing best practices and demonstrating the tools’ value to the sales process.
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence team and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in how tools are used. 
  • Gather feedback from end users and collaborate with the technology team to implement enhancements and customisation.. 
  • Promote and reinforce data accuracy and hygiene within Salesforce through targeted training and ongoing monitoring. 
  • Equip users with the knowledge to generate and interpret meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with sales managers, customer success teams, and operations to align tool training with strategic goals. 
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to bridge communication and ensure tools meet business needs.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a trainer, sales operations specialist, or a similar role with deep knowledge of Salesforce and Customer Engagement platforms.  
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer success workflows.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly terms.  
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and using digital collaboration tools.  
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.  
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.  
  • Team player with a proactive and problem solving attitude.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.  
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-based organisations.  
  • Familiarity with other sales enablement or CRM tools.
