We are seeking a highly skilled, impact-driven, and genuine individual to join our newly formed Commercial Finance team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director, you will play a critical role in supporting our European and APAC commercial leaders.

As someone with a solid financial and analytical background, you will become an integral member of a team committed to collective progress and impactful innovation as our business continues to develop. What you’ll be doing:

  • Business Partnering:
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Commercial for Europe and APAC, offering financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
    • Collaborate effectively with Sales Operations and Data Analytics teams to support the Commercial teams.
    • Proactively engage and support stakeholders, guiding commercial leaders towards sustainable and profitable growth.
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects that impact the GTM (Go-to-Market) organization.
  • Financial Analysis and Controls:
    • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support the functional business strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization within the Commercial organization, as well as revenue growth and process improvements.
    • Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring accurate and insightful budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting processes to facilitate effective oversight and commercial decision-making.
    • Develop and monitor commercial targets across the entire sales funnel, supporting commercial leaders in creating accurate sales forecasts.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist commercial leaders in producing precise sales forecasts and managing their budgets and headcount plans.
    • Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to understand and present local P&Ls, including detailed forecasts for bookings and costs.

Who you are:

  • Preferred finance qualification, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent 
  • Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering roles specifically for sales and marketing, showcasing your ability to align business strategies with operational goals effectively.
  • Strategic and critical thinker, adept at boosting commercial performance through comprehensive financial analysis
  • Exceptional financial analytical skills honed through practical experience, enabling you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, modeling, P&L management, and forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and their strategic implications.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate enduring and robust business relationships, fostering collaboration and synergy across diverse teams and levels within a global organization.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship building across all levels and functions, including with the Executive Leadership team
